If you or someone you know has written to kingspointpottery in the last week or so ...you should know we don't have your message. We actually lost the emails for the past 3 months but it is mostly those in the last few weeks that we have no solution for. Sorry to our customers... I guess sooner or later computer stuff happens!
Hopefully word will get around and those customers will be good enough to email one more time? We are not ignoring you...we just have (hopefully temporary) hardware issues.
